Basic TOS for Commissions
I have the right to refuse any commission.Unless previously discussed, I have the right to take as long as I necessary to complete your commission.Payment exclusively in USD.Prices are non-negotiable, and may go up.Payment through kofi or PayPal.Payment must be paid up front, in full once I accept the commission.
Failure to pay within 24 hours of accepted commission (unless agreed upon otherwise) will result in the commission being rejected.I may charge extra or reject the commission if the character/ subject is overly complex.Prices can change at any time.
Canelling/Refunding
I will accept cancellations if I have not yet started, or have only done the sketch.100% refund if I haven't started.
80% refund if I've done the sketch.If I cancel your commission for any unforeseen reason, you will be refunded 100%Refunds are not permitted after this, you have no right to demand a refund from the artist under any circumstance after payment is received.I will start commissions after payment is received.
Procedure
I will not take commissions without a clear, unshaded, visual reference. text/ description only is unacceptable.It is your responsibility to tell me everything I need to know in order to complete your commission. I may however ask questions if anything is unclear to me or if there is anything else I need to know about your commission.Sketches require approval before continuing your commission. I will also show you the line art once done and you will be permitted minor fixes if necessary.The time it may take to complete your commission may vary depending on factors in my life such as: my health, order of commission, complexity of commission, or other IRL factors like work or family issues.
If any of the above occurs, you will be notified ASAP.
